Graphic Design For Wedding Stationary and Party Invitations

I have been working recently with Alison who owns and runs a sucessful Handmade Card business “Little Gems Handmade Cards” www.littlegemscards.co.uk to design graphics for their 2010 new range of invitations.

The brief included me digitally drawing and designing a range of graphics from a formula one car to a pasiley pattern for a wedding stationary range, plus champagne glasses, motorbikes and a great birthday invitation with a little girl and a cupcake. I have had great fun designing the cards and they are all available to order online at Little Gems Handmade Cards. Many of the cards can be personalised and all invitations come with printed inserts as per the clients requirements.

As well as me being involved with designing the graphics for the new range at Little Gems, Adrian and I have worked on the website and have now created 14 new pages and updated the wedding and invitation sections on the site.

We have been making e-cards for Christmas for many years, they were very popular in the early years on the web, I made my first one in about 1998 I think!. They then seemed to fade in favour but have in the past year or two regained their popularity, as they save on paper, postage and are simple to send.
